# Plans and limits

> This page lists the GrainQL plans, what each plan includes, and the limits that a plan sets.

GrainQL has three plans: Starter, Growth, and Scale. Every plan has every feature, Neo included.
The plans differ by the number of visitors a month and by the data history. Events are unlimited
on every plan.

## Plans

A yearly plan costs the price of 10 months. For more than 1,000,000 visitors a month, an
Enterprise plan is sized with you. The current prices and the Enterprise contact are at
[grainql.com/pricing](https://www.grainql.com/pricing). If this page and the pricing page
disagree, the pricing page is correct.

A visitor is one person who visits your site in a month. Every page view, click, and scroll of
that person is included. There are no overage charges.

## Trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. The trial needs no card. If you choose a plan during the
trial, the first charge comes when the trial ends. If you do not choose a plan, nothing is
charged.

## Limits that a plan sets

The data history is how far back the dashboard, Neo, and the Query API read your events. Read

## Shopify stores

A store that uses the GrainQL Shopify app pays through Shopify, by orders and visitors a month.
The app has a free plan to start.

## Change or cancel a plan

Open **Settings**, then **Plan and billing**, at `https://grainql.com/dashboard/settings/billing`.
You can change the plan at any time. A change applies at once, and the price is prorated.
