GrainQL has three plans: Starter, Growth, and Scale. Every plan has every feature, Neo included. The plans differ by the number of visitors a month and by the data history. Events are unlimited on every plan.

Plans

A yearly plan costs the price of 10 months. For more than 1,000,000 visitors a month, an Enterprise plan is sized with you. The current prices and the Enterprise contact are at grainql.com/pricing. If this page and the pricing page disagree, the pricing page is correct. A visitor is one person who visits your site in a month. Every page view, click, and scroll of that person is included. There are no overage charges.

Trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. The trial needs no card. If you choose a plan during the trial, the first charge comes when the trial ends. If you do not choose a plan, nothing is charged.

Limits that a plan sets

The data history is how far back the dashboard, Neo, and the Query API read your events. Read Query API for the rate limit. Read Privacy and consent for the retention policy of a workspace.

Shopify stores

A store that uses the GrainQL Shopify app pays through Shopify, by orders and visitors a month. The app has a free plan to start. Read Shopify for the install.

Change or cancel a plan

Open Settings, then Plan and billing, at https://grainql.com/dashboard/settings/billing. You can change the plan at any time. A change applies at once, and the price is prorated.
